Anti-Violence

Being bullied or abused is hurtful, scary and confusing. When violence is aggressive and physical, it can be dangerous.  When it’s emotional – like name calling, or cyberbullying – it’s easy to feel alone, helpless, powerless and afraid to tell anyone. Domestic violence, also called domestic abuse, includes physical, emotional and sexual abuse in couple relationships or between family members. Domestic violence can happen against anyone, and anybody can be an abuser.  Violence like this can affect health, confidence, and self-esteem. You do not have to wait for an emergency situation to find help.
