Pleasuring the Vulva On-line (for couples of all orientations)
February 1 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm UTC+0$70
This 2.5 hour online session is a verbally guided pleasure practice, to discover and learn new ways to offer your partner/lover/friend, genital pleasure (with your hands). Genital massage and hand-play can be one of the most erotic, pleasurable and incredible orgasmic sexual experiences you could have, and Tess is here to show you how!
You will be verbally guided through seventeen varieties of vulva strokes and techniques to try on your partner. These include a variety of touch, breath, movement and mindfulness. This is a chance to really get to know your partners genitals and how they like to be pleasured, with no agenda. The aim is to discover and ignite more pleasure pathways and orgasmicity for your ongoing sexual fun, all in the comfort of your own home.
For the person receiving, your vulva is perfect as it is, and things like arousal, engorgement, wetness or erectness are not an expectation. This workshop is about curiosity and playfulness, not agenda. Also, the person receiving the touch can also stop this experience at any time, say ‘no-thanks’ to any touch they do not wish to receive or even stop/leave the workshop any time they want.
The first hour is clothes on, for a meet & greet and the host will introduce how it will all work, go through some basic anatomy and explain/demo the strokes (on an object!)
After setting up your space and taking a quick break, all videos and microphones are off (except the host!), so you and the person you are with, may drop into a personal, embodied, shared pleasure practice, verbally guided by your facilitator, Tess.
After which, we all come back together (clothes on) for a debrief.
What’s the goal? Tess’ goal is to offer partners the opportunity to explore and discover new ways of pleasure that may have been unknown and for participants to walk away with more confidence in how to offer pleasure (and how to receive it!). To offer a new, intentional way to connect with each other, without agenda or expectation and perhaps get some great ideas for future play together!
All genders are welcome here, however this workshop is specifically to practice hands on techniques on those who have a vulva, so at least one person will need that type of genital configuration to be ‘practiced’ on.
This is not a space for voyeurism or exhibitionism and no persons in pleasure will be visible to any others in the session at all. This is a guided, personal experience between you and your partner. This is not about reaching orgasm or any type of climax, it is about exploring new ways to pleasure your partner’s vulva, with your hands (of course, if you happen to orgasm/come, that is welcome).
When you book in we will send you details about setting up your space for the optimal experience.
Pleasuring the Vulva is presented by Tess (from Curious Creatures and ConnectAble Therapies). Tess is an experienced facilitator in sexuality and self-development who has been co-facilitating for Curious Creatures for over three years. They are also a qualified occupational therapist with a deep passion for, and experience working in, sexuality in neurological rehabilitation and disability, in community and clinical settings. Find out more about Tess and the team.
This is one of ~30 workshops offered by Curious Creatures (Australia’s biggest provider in the field). If you’re interested in this event you may want to check out our related in-person workshops: Fun Little Sex Games, Adventurous Touch and Intimacy and the ‘Curiosity’ workshop and playspace.
Our ’rounds’ of tickets are really simple: they’re all the same, except that some of them are cheaper, to encourage you to book in early (because it makes a huge difference to us in terms of planning).
Round One tickets are similar to ‘early bird’ tickets, and make up almost half of all ticket sales.
Round Two tickets, slightly more expensive than Round One, also make up almost half of all ticket sales.
Round Three tickets are generally only there once we’re close to being sold out, but can squeeze in a late-comer or two.
If you’re feeling generous, you can buy whatever ticket feels right, but in general, folks buy the cheapest ones available.
For this workshop, tickets range in price from $70 to $100, for couples (includes 2 people).
